About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and team performance
• Coordinate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary clinical teams and Correctional Staff
• Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulatory standards
• Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and nursing department workflows
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing staff education and training
• Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate across all levels of care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of New York (required)
• Healthcare management degree preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, Correctional experience preferred
• Prior nursing management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CPR/BLS certification required

About Us:

The Eden Center contracts with Washingotn County Correctional Facility for medical staff. All staff are employed by the Eden Care Center.
