Position Summary Position Summary... Responsibilities Provide member service and maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas. Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services, and assist members with purchasing decisions. Give guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology and mobile retail applications. Process member purchases—including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges—according to company policies for various membership and payment types. Follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Properly handle merchandise, zone the area, arrange and organize products, and identify shrink and damage. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, review receipts, safeguard Sam's Club assets, and observe potential criminal activity per company policies. Maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation; execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices. Assist with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technology tool functionality, and new program rollouts; provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; implement action plans and use the Open Door Policy. Manage work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change. Respect individuals, work as a team, build strong relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications. Hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ($0.35–$3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
