Shipping Operations Assistant Our client, a leader in R&D Drive Engineering Operations, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Assistant to join their team. As a Shipping Operations Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Operations team supporting the seamless management of drive infrastructure and inventory readiness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment. Location: Bloomington, MN What's the Job? Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure operational readiness. Support troubleshooting incidents and coordinate with team members to restore inventory quickly. Utilize industry-standard monitoring and logging tools such as SAP, Windchill, and Eviance. Collaborate with colleagues across manufacturing centers worldwide to support 24/7 drive operations. Maintain accurate reports and visual management tools to track inventory and service interruptions. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years' experience in drive center operations or inventory control processes. Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools including SAP, Windchill, and Eviance. Experience working with drive tracking databases and inventory management systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively in shift-based environments.
