Senior Trade Management Analyst

Lactalis US Yogurt is looking for a Senior Trade Management Analyst to join our Food Service team in Londonderry, NH. In this role, you will lead trade spend validation, deduction resolution, and accounts receivable management for our Foodservice customer portfolio. You will act as a key financial partner to Foodservice Sales, brokers, and supply chain teams, ensuring accurate contract compliance, rebate management, and margin integrity across our food service accounts, distributors, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). Key Responsibilities Trade & Deduction Management: Investigate, validate, and clear trade deductions, distributor billbacks, rebates, and off-invoice allowances. Collections & Invalids: Identify invalid claims, coordinate with brokers and sales teams, and drive the timely collection of unauthorized deductions. Cross-Functional Partnering: Work directly with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to align pricing structures, resolve invoice disputes, and ensure contract compliance. Financial Control: Ensure trade transactions align with company policies and accounting standards; support month-end reconciliations and financial accruals. Process Oversight: Monitor open aging, manage third-party deduction management systems, and maintain customer pricing agreements. What You Bring Experience: 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Trade Management, or Financial Analysis within the CPG or Food & Beverage sector. Industry Focus: Strong background with Foodservice distribution models, distributor billbacks, deviated pricing, and GPO contracts. Tech Skills: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with SAP and Trade Management Systems (GoSimple experience is a plus). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Why Join Lactalis?
