Teleion is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team! Successful candidates will bring strong front-end development skills as well as backend aptitude in digital platform experience, and can operate independently to take projects from initial direction through successful completion.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is undertaking a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiative, migrating from Sitecore to Optimizely to deliver scalable, modern web solutions. This role supports digital web solutions across campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements, partnering closely with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Web Solution Delivery: Execute digital web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements across the client's digital platforms.
\n
• Front-End Development: Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
\n
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: Contribute to the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely, ensuring scalable and modern solutions.
\n
• Personalization & Targeting: Help deliver tailored digital experiences by supporting personalization and audience targeting efforts.
\n
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.
\n
• User Experience & Accessibility: Ensure all solutions align with UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design principles.
\n
• Agile Delivery: Actively participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery within an Agile framework.
\n
• Testing & Optimization: Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve digital performance.
\n
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve front-end issues, ensuring seamless, reliable user experiences.
\n
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all web experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance requirements.
\n
• Technology Integration: Support integration of marketing technologies and tools into web platforms.
\n
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: Leverage data insights to refine and optimize digital solutions.
\n
• Documentation & Process: Document workflows, technical requirements, and implementation processes.
\n
• Ownership & Execution: Independently manage assigned work, taking projects from initial direction through successful completion with strong accountability.
\n
• Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of projects and see your work through end-to-end.
\n
• Assorted tasks as assigned.
\n

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
\n
• 5 years of experience in full stack development,
\n
• 1-2 years' experience specifically with digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
\n

Desired Qualifications

\n
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
\n
• Experience with connecting frontend to backend via SQL
\n
• Experience working with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe, or similar).
\n
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
\n
• Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
\n
• Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
\n
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
\n
• Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
\n
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
\n
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from initial direction through completion.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
\n
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
\n
