Average agents make: $70,000–$150,000/year | Top performers $200,000+/year
Uncapped earnings - splits increase with production. No desk, tech, training, or lead fees.

- Qualified, pre-scheduled appointments delivered directly to you. No cold calling. No prospecting.
- Uncapped earning potential with splits that increase as you produce.
- $2,500 Early Success Bonus when you close your first five homes within 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing during your first 150 days.

How the Mark Spain Real Estate Model Works
Our inside sales team connects with motivated homeowners and active buyers and delivers qualified appointments directly to our agents. Our seller-to-buyer pipeline and active listings create additional opportunities every day.
You don't have to find the business. You have to be ready to convert it.

What We're Looking For
- Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred
- Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends
- Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results
