Business Immigration Paralegal

Immigration ParalegalOur client, focusing on exceeding client expectations and delivering superior, customized legal solutions for an exceptional value, is needing an Immigration Paralegal in their Immigration Practice Group in the Cleveland or New York (Manhattan) office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years previous experience working as a business immigration paralegal in a law firm. Candidates must have extensive experience with employment-based matters, including H-1B, O-1, TN, and E visas; PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1, EB2 and EB-3. Candidates should be a strong writer, have excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize their work-load in a high volume, fast-paced environment, can meet deadlines, as well as be detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter.
