Schedule
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 72 hours every 2 weeks
- Weekend Coverage: Every 3rd weekend

Assignment Details
- Float to Med/Surg when OB is closed

Requirements
- MN state nursing license required
- OB/GYN and Med-Surg clinical skills required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Obstetrics unit, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Float to Med/Surg as necessary to assist with patient care and support.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and procedures.
