The people who do strong work move up, and they move up fast. What you will do: Lead audit engagements from planning through completion. Review associate work and coach along the way. Own client communication. Help shape how the practice grows. What they want: Two or more years of public accounting audit experience. CPA or active candidate preferred. Co-op, condo, or nonprofit exposure is a plus, not a requirement. Organized, driven, and a team player who likes being in the room.
