Marketing Project Manager

Location: Fully remote; must be located in the USType: 12 month contract with potential for extensionCompensation Range: $40-$45/hr W2As a Marketing Project Manager, you will manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment while championing and enforcing our marketing operating model. This position requires a blend of campaign and traditional project management proficiency, marketing process and Workfront expertise, and strong collaboration skills.Responsibilities:Creates and actively manages comprehensive project plans including workback schedules, stakeholder mapping, project communications, deliverables storage, and Workfront entries.Looks for synergies and efficiencies across projects and makes connections across the organization.Acts as sole owner and source of truth for each project-the project's context, stakeholders, statuses, controls, communications, timelines, artifacts (e.g., marketing briefs, project plans), and Workfront data health.Schedules all required meetings, creative reviews, and weekly project forums; consistently sends timely, well-informed agendas with clear purpose/outcomes and actionable meeting recaps with accurate next steps and owners.Drives and tracks every project deliverable in detail and stays on top of deadlines to flag "at risk" items, outlining repercussions of missed deadlines while knowing when to escalate issues to senior management.Sets up Workfront projects for resourcing, reporting, and audit purposes, keeping projects updated in real-time (documentation, updates, task completions, assignments, dates, etc.).Comes to every project status meeting prepared to drive the call confidently and efficiently, informing team members of deliverable statuses and upcoming action items.Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing project management.Deep understanding of, or direct experience in, financial institutions or other highly regulated companies.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management/administration OR a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Prior experience working in marketing agency environments.Strong understanding of standard creative deliverables and execution processes (e.g., social media, content development, video, branding, paid media, websites).Strong familiarity with, or experience using, Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.JOBID: JN -092026-146520#LI-CELLA#LI-MN1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
