Quality Operations Specialist
PeoplePilot
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Aviation Manufacturing Planning, preferably in aerospace.
Hands-on experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) planning and AS9102 standards.
Strong understanding of AS9100 Quality Management Systems and aerospace compliance requirements.
Strong GD&T interpretation and application for machined and composite parts.
Experience creating Quality Inspection Instructions (QII) and defining inspection points within manufacturing planning routes.
Ability to translate technical engineering data and 3D models into manufacturing quality planning and inspection strategies.
Proficiency with CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE.
Experience working with MES systems such as SAP ECC, SAP PEO, and CAMS.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX and meet the USC / GC work authorization requirement for this role.
