Aaron's, Inc - 870 Blue Lakes Boulevard North, Suite 2 - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction; Build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to move them toward ownership; Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all payment appointments; Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements both in home visits and over the phone; Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
