• Work schedule: 2-3 weeks per month
• Patient load: 16-20 patients per shift
• Clinic operating hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Work distribution: 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries
• On-call coverage: 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with a 15-minute response time
• Focus on pediatric urology patients at a children’s hospital
• Experience in robotic surgery and laparoscopic procedures is required
• Common procedures include cystoscopy and prostate biopsy
• We negotiate competitive compensation and provide weekly deposits
