Role Description The customer service rep is a full-time, on-site role based in Hialeah, FL. This role is responsible for advising clients on property insurance options, reviewing requirements sent by insurance carrier and recommending various tools that need to be taken by the insured. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of policies and renewals. The customer service rep will collaborate with team and follow up on requirements sent by insurance companies. Support claim-related inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and renewals. The role also involves working closely with the agency’s team to contribute to sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and support ongoing client retention efforts. Qualifications Strong Brokerage skills with experience placing property insurance coverage. Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing new business. Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management to understand client risk profiles (Is helpful but not required). Experience or familiarity with clients and prepare certificates (proof of insurance). Help clients with their audits; complete this year's sales figures against last year sales given Relevant insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required state licenses. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, FL and collaborate effectively with a bilingual team. Organizational skills and attention to detail when preparing quotes, policies, and documentation.
