We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in Bethel, Alaska. This role involves ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing clinical support, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Pharmacist – Full Time

Location: Bethel, Alaska
Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
• Dispense medications and provide clear patient counseling on usage, dosage, and side effects
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications
• Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and pharmacy policies
• Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare staff as needed

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
• Active Pharmacist License (or eligibility to obtain Alaska licensure)
• Open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
