Childcare Wellness & Recreation Membership Wellness Programs Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Clean and sanitize designated areas according to established schedules and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuums, mops, and scrubbers, to complete tasks Perform window washing and other seasonal cleaning tasks as needed Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment when needed. Assist with setting up designated spaces for meetings or events Perform minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and performing paint touch-ups; promptly report damages or major maintenance needs. Provide outstanding customer service, remaining professional and respectful. Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to stand for long periods of time, walking, bending, twisting, pulling and pushing. Other Responsibilities Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organization and evolving priorities. Qualifications Some knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Special certification may be required for some of these positions. Experience using standard housekeeping equipment, such as vacuums and buffers, to accomplish assigned tasks. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions. Required License or Certification A valid Driver’s License and the ability to obtain an NC Driver’s License within 60 days of hire. A valid Driver’s License must be maintained throughout employment.
