Product Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Product Manager to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management across market-leading portfolios. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, operations, and sales to develop strategies, conduct customer research, and execute product launches in a global matrix organization based in North Carolina or Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle from strategy development through commercialization and optimization
Conduct voice-of-customer research and define product requirements based on market insights
Develop business cases and financial models to support product decisions
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, marketing, and sales
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor product performance

Requirements

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or Marketing with 6+ years commercial experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience
Voice of Customer research gathering and synthesis expertise
Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills in matrix environments
Product launch strategy and go-to-market plan development experience
Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for applicable markets

Compensation: $115,000–$145,000 base
