Assistant Store Leader-Visual Presentation (Atlanta, GA)

Position Overview Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising supports the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, such as best‑class guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while driving associate and guest engagement. Responsibilities Forge a guest-focused team environment and drive volume through anticipation of guest needs Achieve excellent guest service by role-modeling company standards and providing timely feedback to associates Recognize and reward performance to drive retention and hold associates accountable for financial results and performance standards Manage conflict, coach, and apply the company’s recommended processes and guidelines; empower associates in decision-making Provide developmental feedback and delegate tasks to match talent with results Lead change and adversity, make hiring, promotion, and termination recommendations, and facilitate sales associate and keyholder training Consistently meet or exceed store and individual goals and contribute to the store’s overall outcomes Maintain floor sets, window installations, seasonal décor, product replenishment, mannequin placement, and overall store atmosphere Control workflow through planning and delegation, complete opening/closing procedures, and adhere to loss-prevention practices Communicate effectively with the executive team and report incidents to protect company assets Utilize weekly reporting to track, analyze, and communicate business results and determine strategies to maximize sales Collaborate with the Visual District Leader to oversee the rollout of floor sets, window sets, fixture placement, and visual environment, maintaining brand aesthetic and relevance Qualifications Minimum of one year of retail management experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting; occasional ladder climbing and stair ascent/descent Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills Experience with visual merchandising, floor sets, and store atmosphere management Equal Opportunity Employer – Stand Out For Good, Inc. is an equal‑opportunity employer and values diversity.
