About the Opportunity


We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who can lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.


Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and monitor project progress.
  
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and material deliveries.
  
  
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
  
  
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet quality standards.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
  
  
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and scheduling conflicts.
  
  
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
  
  
• Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
  
  
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and jobsite operations.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  
  
• Experience managing subcontractors, crews, and multiple project activities.
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  
  
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
