The opportunity offers a partnership track, competitive base salary, production bonus, and the potential to earn up to $850,000 per year. Responsibilities Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. schedule. Outpatient clinic care and ER/ICU rounding with minimal call requirements. Collaborate with over 70 physicians across 40 locations in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Benefit from robust administrative and clinical support, including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention. Participate in a physician‑led practice that encourages physician input and leadership.
