Required Experience
- Three to five years of logistics, freight coordination, or supply-chain experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with TMS and ERP platforms
- Experience managing LTL, FTL, ocean, and parcel freight
- Strong carrier negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Freight invoice auditing, claims, billing disputes, and chargeback experience
- Strong math, data-analysis, and problem-solving ability
- Packaging optimization, cube utilization, palletization, and DIM-charge reduction experience
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate carrier rates and payment terms and manage recurring RFPs
- Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
- Track freight and support on-time delivery
- Audit freight invoices and recover billing errors
- Manage freight claims and customer chargebacks
- Maintain logistics KPIs and provide shipping quotes to Sales
- Ensure accurate freight classifications and compliance
- Improve packaging efficiency and trailer/container utilization
