The Role: Professional Cleaning Technician You’ll perform top-tier cleaning in residential and commercial environments, including: Routine and deep cleaning of homes Office and commercial cleanings Post-construction cleanups Specialty and detailed jobs Key Responsibilities Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures Follow structured checklists and job standards Maintain supplies and cleanliness of equipment Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Respect client property and communicate any concerns Represent ResiCom with professionalism and care You’ll Thrive Here If You Are... Meticulous with details (yes, you notice the fingerprints on the fridge) Organized, methodical, and efficient Reliable and always on time Professional in appearance and demeanor Physically able to bend, lift, stand, and move all day Trustworthy in clients’ homes and offices Preferred (But Not Required) Experience Residential or commercial cleaning Housekeeping or janitorial work Deep cleaning or post-construction cleanup We provide training for the right person with the right mindset.
