Position Summary


We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Carson City, NV, on a temporary six-month assignment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Candidates should possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintains and repairs machinery such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. Performs maintenance and repairs to physical structures of facility.
• Reads and understands blue prints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Conducts tests to locate mechanical system malfunction.
• Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Uses machine tools in installation, maintenance or repair.
• Starts devices to test their performance.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
