What You'll Do
- Check parts coming off machines for defects
- Trim and clean up plastic parts as needed
- Put parts together if needed
- Pack finished products into boxes or totes
- Watch machines and report problems
- Track basic production and quality information
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow work instructions and quality standards (ISO 9001)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Able to lift 1520 lbs
Nice to have:
- Plastics or machine operator experience
