About the Role
The Company is seeking a Market President for its Dallas/Ft Worth Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality clinical care, exceptional patient satisfaction, and the development and implementation of the market's strategic plan. This role requires a strong focus on growth, exceeding industry averages, and achieving expected financial performance. The Market President will also be tasked with mentoring and developing key personnel, including Regional Vice Presidents and Administrators, to ensure the continued success of the market. Key performance indicators for this position include improvement in quality and service indicators, growth in case volume, and the recruitment and retention of physicians. Applicants for the Market President position must have a background in healthcare, with a minimum of ten years' experience in a top administrative or management position in the ASC industry. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, and a strong focus on financial and operational performance. The Market President will be expected to have a deep understanding of the market and to be fully engaged in the company's mission to deliver quality, compassionate care. The position also requires a high level of travel, approximately 75%, and the candidate must be willing to relocate to the area.
