Member Outreach Support Agent Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls to Zion HealthShare members using a provided script.
- Communicate information clearly, professionally, and with a friendly approach.
- Answer member questions within the scope of training and provided resources.
- Remain calm and professional during difficult or escalated calls and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Accurately document call outcomes and relevant information.
- Follow established procedures and maintain member confidentiality.
- Meet expectations for attendance, productivity, call quality, and professionalism.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and company huddles.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Member Outreach Support Agent Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations while remaining calm and solution-focused.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately document call information.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
