The Health Plan (THP) is seeking a pharmacist in Wheeling, West Virginia. The role requires oversight of pharmaceutical care delivery, including collaboration with healthcare teams to manage drug policies and ensure safety in medication usage. Qualified candidates must possess a Doctorate or Bachelor of Pharmacy and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in managed care is preferred.
