Regional Sales Manager | Interventional Cardiology / Coronary
Location: Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN preferred
Territory: Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina Compensation: $150K Base + $150K Variable | $300K OTE + Long-Term Incentive EligibilityWe are partnering with a leading global medical device organization to identify a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead an established 11-person sales and clinical team within the interventional cardiology and coronary space, overseeing approximately $24M in annual business.
The Opportunity
• Lead, coach and develop an 11-person sales and clinical team
• Drive regional sales strategy, execution and continued market growth • Own forecasting, business planning and overall regional performance • Partner cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities • Spend approximately 2 to 3 days per week in the field with the teamIdeal Background
• Proven medical device sales leadership experience
• Strong track record of coaching and developing sales teams • Interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, cath lab or disposable medical device experience preferred • Strong strategic, forecasting and business planning skills • Energetic, engaging leader who can make an immediate impactStrong preference for candidates based in Atlanta or Nashville.
