Security Officer - Part-Time

Mesa View Regional Hospital 1299 Bertha Howe Ave Mesquite, NV 89027, USA Protects life and property of Mesa View Regional Hospital patients, visitors and staff. Patrols hospital campus and grounds to prevent fire, thefts and vandalism. Secures, unlocks and protects hospital buildings. Responds to the security needs of patients, visitors and staff. All other duties as assigned within scope of practice. Other duties include performing any duty task that pertains to maintaining the facility and helping any craft that may need assistance. May also function as a non‑licensed Patient Sitter to observe patients for any behavior indicating potential problems for patient or staff. High School graduate or equivalent. BLS required; CPI within 3 months of hire. Pay range: $16-$19.50 (depending on experience) Qualifications High School or better. C-ARC-BLS Preferred Qualifications Previous security experience preferred. Good and pleasant communication and customer service skills. Light maintenance experience desired.
