State Facility RN Contract

State Facility RN Contract provides a 26-week nursing assignment in or near Portland, Texas. The role offers competitive weekly pay of up to $1,850 and comprehensive benefits, while allowing you to deliver high-quality patient care across rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and document treatments.
• Provide compassionate patient care while maintaining safety and facility protocols.
• Perform CPR and respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Enter data accurately into electronic records systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license to practice in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB documentation.
• Valid photo ID.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 6 months as RN.
• Experience in IDD settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to work rotational shifts days, evenings, and nights.
• Physical strength and flexibility to perform CPR.
• Capability to work occasional shifts up to 16 hours.
• Computer data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
