Senior Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

MEMIC in New York is seeking a Claim Specialist I - IV to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve lost time workers' compensation claims with up to stated maximum authority. The role may expand to heavier caseloads with experience and supervision. The candidate will work with insureds, injured workers, attorneys, and defense counsel to manage claims, ensure timely indemnity and medical benefits, and monitor reserves and legal expenses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
