Nuclear Medicine Physician

Join our team in providing exceptional nuclear medicine diagnostic services from the comfort of your own home. This opportunity supports an outpatient setup with remote work capability, teaching residents during night shifts. Enjoy the flexibility of covering 2-3 weeks per month or as little as one week, with a requirement of at least seven shifts monthly.

• Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST, 2-3 weeks of coverage needed per month

• Location: Detroit, MI

• Provide diagnostic interpretations for emergency department cases remotely.
• Instruct and oversee 2-3 residents during overnight shifts.
• Maintain accurate and thorough case logs.
• Adhere to all protocols and employ PACS and EMR systems effectively.

• Board certification required in Nuclear Medicine.
• Clean malpractice history is mandatory.
• Submission of NPDB report is required within the past 30 days.
• Expertise in using Sectra PACS, Cerner EMR, and Powerscribe dictation systems.

• Night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST.
• At least seven shifts per month.

• Strong diagnostic radiology skills with an emphasis on emergency cases.
• Effective communication and teaching skills for resident instruction.
• Proficiency with remote medical systems and technology.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with on-site residents.
