About the Role Under direct supervision of the Produce Manager, you will provide excellent customer service, assist customers, clean, fill and rotate perishable produce displays, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, standing, and stooping for prolonged periods. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service. Assist customers in selecting produce. Maintain cleanliness and organization of produce displays. Rotate and replenish inventory, ensuring freshness. Operate weight scales and other produce equipment. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product labels. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and employees. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
