Job Summary Currently recruiting for an accounting and finance leader for a manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting activities including general ledger, costing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit. Leads, supports and provides day to day guidance of accounting staff members. Daily cash monitoring and analysis to ensure proper handling of cash flow. Responsible for creating & posting all journal entries and related schedules for month end close. Prepare monthly fixed asset depreciation along with additions, disposals and transfers. Prepare and consolidate financial statements. Complete related management reporting. Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Interact with the banks regarding credit agreements and lines of credit. Problem solve any issues that may arise within accounting systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/CPA preferred 5+ years of supervisory experience within a service or manufacturing company Excellent written and verbal communication skills with respectful demeanor Good overall business acumen Strong computer skills, specifically Excel Proficiency with ERP systems Prior experience in a manufacturing job costing environment Compensation Full Benefits Package Salary 140K+ Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
