Stroke Program Coordinator

The Sepsis Coordinator is primarily an administrative position. The coordinator serves as a resource person fordiverse care needs of patients, assisting patients seamlessly navigate throughout the sepsis program withprimary focus on patient safety and satisfaction. This position assists the system manager in all assigned dutiesincluding but not limited to program development, building patient and provider relations, data collection andmarketing. The Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of clinical, educational, planning,development, implementation, and evaluation of the stroke program. The Stroke Coordinator serves as a clinicalresource person for all areas caring for stroke patients.. Assist with development and application of evidencedbase nursing practice for high risk disease patient populations. Responsible for assisting coordination of JointCommission Disease Specific Certification accreditation, rounding on stroke related diagnosis to ensureompliance with clinical outcome indicators.
