Planet is a space and data company that operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites, delivering real‑time geospatial data to customers worldwide. About the Role Planet is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define the go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and messaging for all AI capabilities across the company. In this role you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams to translate complex technical products—such as our Geospatial AI Agents—into clear, compelling buyer value. You will help shape the product roadmap through customer insights, create engagement strategies, and empower sales and marketing with data‑driven content and competitive intelligence. Impact You’ll Own Define and execute GTM and pricing strategies for AI products from beta to General Availability. Translate complex AI capabilities (e.g., embeddings, LLMs) into benefit‑driven narratives for non‑technical buyers. Create and maintain core sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, product videos, and interactive demos. Partner with Product Management to secure product‑market fit using data and research. Integrate product messaging into broader market‑facing campaigns with cross‑functional marketing teams. What You Bring Bachelor of Arts or Science degree. 6+ years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience. AI‑native mindset; active user of AI tools in daily workflow. Hands‑on ability to produce high‑quality product videos, visual assets, and interactive prototypes. Track record of positioning and marketing zero‑to‑one AI or highly technical SaaS products. Experience partnering with product, sales, and executive stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and a self‑starter who collaborates across departments.
