About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital part in delivering compassionate and individualized care to our patients. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families
• Collaborating with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Washington
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with geriatric or chronically ill patients
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
