This business operates at the intersection of architecture, design, and high-end construction, specializing in thoughtful renovations, additions, and custom residential projects. Known for its craftsmanship, process, and white-glove client experience, the company is entering a significant growth phase and investing in strengthening its front-end client relationship and project development function.
Position Overview
This is a high-impact, client-facing role reporting directly to the CEO.
The Client Relationship Manager will guide homeowners through the early stages of their renovation journey, from initial inquiry through signed agreements. This person will help clients navigate the design and pre-construction process, ensuring a seamless and highly personalized experience from the very beginning.
This role is centered around relationship management, client guidance, and opportunity conversion. The right person will build trust quickly, ask the right questions, help clients make informed decisions, and create a strong foundation for successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients from initial inquiry through project launch
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them through planning, design, and budgeting conversations
- Qualify opportunities based on scope, budget, timeline, and fit
- Maintain clear communication and momentum throughout the client journey
- Partner closely with design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure smooth transitions into active projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, realtors, and referral partners
- Manage active opportunities with strong organization, follow-up, and pipeline discipline
- Help improve the overall client experience, communication flow, and front-end process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, consultative sales, or project development
- Background in residential construction, remodeling, architecture, design-build, or luxury service environments preferred
- Strong ability to build trust with homeowners and professional partners
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and opportunities at once
- Strong emotional intelligence and a service-first mindset
- Denver market knowledge and local relationships are a plus
