Service: Onsite HDD/SSD Removal

Total Devices: 283

Laptops: 271

Desktops: 12

Required Resources: 2 Technicians

Target Completion: 3 working days

Planned Start: 5 October 2026

Scope of Work

Open the laptops/desktops.
Remove the HDD/SSD from each device.
Reassemble the devices after removal.
Record the HDD/SSD serial number against the corresponding device serial number.
Complete the activity for all 283 devices.
