Job Title: Barista Job Type: Part-Time About Us Sofive Soccer Centers is the premier operator of small-sided soccer facilities across the U.S. We offer a dynamic environment where sports, community, and recreation come together. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to an exciting atmosphere while providing exceptional service to our guests. Position Overview We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast-paced soccer and recreation facility. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift Keep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organized Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols Qualifications Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Team player with a positive, energetic attitude Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed Working Conditions May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts Fast‑paced and occasionally high‑pressure environment $15.10 Join the team that’s redefining soccer and hospitality at Sofive.
