Amergis is seeking a Non-Clinical Case Manager to coordinate referrals, service planning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s). Contract is Full Time for 24 weeks in healthcare facilities across Michigan with pay rate $1280 per week and benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan.
