Position Summary: As a Primary Therapist, you will manage a caseload of approximately 2-6 clients, conducting weekly individual sessions, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, maintaining family contact, and leading group facilitation. You will ensure a safe, efficient treatment environment and communicate effectively with the team to deliver quality care following company policies and best practices. Core Responsibilities: Develop individualized treatment plans addressing clients' needs and goals. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities. Facilitate group therapy sessions. Conduct family therapy to address dynamics, educate on addiction, and support recovery. Collaborate with clinical, medical, and operational teams for coordinated care. Document progress, interventions, and observations timely and accurately. Assess and manage crises, applying appropriate interventions for client safety. Participate in treatment planning meetings, providing clinical insights and updates. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred. Certifications: LPC/MHSP, LADC, LMFT, CADC, LADAC. Knowledge of addiction treatment, rehab programs, and dual diagnosis. Understanding of interventions for chemically dependent individuals.
