Pinnacle Health & Rehab at N. Berwick is seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN to join our AMAZING Nursing Team. We're offering a sign‑on bonus of $2,500 for full‑time and $1,000 for part‑time. Pinnacle takes care of a multitude of clinically complex patients to really take advantage of the clinical skills of our licensed nurses. We have full‑time or part‑time availability on the 3‑11 and 11‑7 shifts. This is a great opportunity for nursing students and new nurses to learn new clinical skills from our experienced nursing staff. Job Summary The RN Charge Nurse provides oversight and patient care within the center. Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team. Maintains standards of professional nursing practice and assists with development of the plan of care for the patient. Qualifications Supervises nursing care to residents. Complies with state and Federal Regulations. Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team. Maintains standards of professional nursing practice. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (nursing students are encouraged to apply). Current license in the state of Maine. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long‑term care, and rehabilitation.
