That gives you a repeatable structure for advice delivery instead of reinventing the process for every household. We're hiring a Senior Financial Planner in Fort Worth to deliver written retirement plans for pre-retirees and retirees. You'll step into qualified, scheduled appointments generated by an active marketing operation, backed by service and operations support that keeps implementation moving after the recommendation is made. Compensation: Base Salary + Commissions What you'll do Lead discovery and planning meetings with clients, typically ages 50–75 Build and present written plans covering income, investments, and protection Maintain a consistent planning, follow-up, and review process Partner with service and operations for a smooth experience from onboarding through reviews Grow into a lead advisor role as the Fort Worth office expands Required Active Life & Health insurance license Active Series 65 or 66 Prior success in retirement planning and client-facing plan presentationComfort incorporating annuities and insurance within a holistic planning process Experience in an appointment-driven or inbound-lead environment Preferred CFP® designation or current pursuit If you're ready for a role where the calendar is supported, the process is defined, and your upside grows with the office —. #J-18808-Ljbffr RetireSimply®
