Remote · PT timezone preferred · Bay Area ideal Full-time · Founding team AI ECD Inc. We are the team behind Kidooo AI, the AI agent for personalized parenting and child development. We help parents understand their child’s progress, turn everyday observations into clear next steps, and build more confident daily routines. We want a designer who can make sensitive family moments feel calm, clear, and safe. The stack Design Figma Canva Adobe Validation Lightweight user interviews Usability testing Rapid iteration Ops Slack JIRA Notion / Airtable Fast iteration with founders What you will build Kidooo core flows: onboarding, video upload, processing states, results, daily practice steps, progress tracking. Trust and clarity: privacy-forward UI, calm microcopy, clear expectations and error states. Design system: reusable mobile-first components that map cleanly to code and ship fast with developers. Experimentation: ship improvements weekly, iterate based on real user feedback and funnel data. Who you are Immediate product owner: you can start now or very quickly and turn messy product questions into clear flows, screens, and decisions. Mission driven: You care deeply about parenting, child development, and practical family support, and want your design to have real social impact. Parent-centered design taste: you can make simple, modern, calm UI for high-trust family workflows with strong hierarchy, spacing, and microcopy. Hands-on shipper: you work quickly in Figma, prototype enough to learn, and collaborate with engineers without needing a heavy process. Startup-style learner: you handle ambiguity, seek user feedback, iterate weekly, and treat portfolio, outcomes, and learning pace as more important than major or years. Open to remote in PT timezone; SF Bay Area local is ideal. We welcome CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, and consider H-1B for exceptional performers.
