AI-Assisted Website/Application Maintenance Quality Assurance & Testing of AI-Generated Work Completing Web Production Tasks & Projects Duties TouchStone’s Web Operations Specialist keeps our clients’ websites running, current, and error-free. Web development has changed: nearly all of TouchStone’s website maintenance work is completed using AI development tools, and this role is built around that workflow. The Web Operations Specialist directs AI to complete maintenance and development tasks, then critically reviews, tests, and verifies that work before it reaches a client’s site. Working with the development, brand management, and marketing management account teams, their duties include, but aren’t limited to, the following: Required 85% Web Tasks Completed on Time No More than 3 errors in any given month 95% Web Tasks on Time Complete 1 Volunteer event/opportunity Complete all requested training Total Compensation*: $38,000 - $49,800 Base Pay: $38,000 Fitness Earnings: $0 - $1,200 President’s Club: $1,500 - $3,000
