With an average census of 150 patients, Hill Crest features acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings.

Qualifications We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position: Verifiable High School Diploma/ GED required One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred Able to obtain a CPR certification and non-violent crisis prevention certification (company will train) MUST HAVE availability to attend an 8- business day Orientation from 8a-4p without interruptions.
