Summary Join us as a Showing Assistant and help highlight homes to interested buyers with a friendly and professional approach. Working alongside our real estate agents, you'll guide clients through property tours, making sure they feel at ease, well-informed, and involved throughout each visit. A valid Michigan real estate license is required. This role is commission-based. Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Join real estate agents on property tours, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Engage with clients in a professional yet approachable way, answering their questions and easing any concerns during showings
- Get to know each property inside and out to highlight its best features to potential buyers
- Keep clear and open communication with agents, sharing client feedback and preferences
- Help organize and schedule showings to make the process smooth and hassle-free for everyone
- Follow up with clients after showings to check in, gather their thoughts, and answer any lingering questions
- Great at connecting with people and communicating clearly
- Friendly, upbeat, and easy to get along with
- Quick to pick up and share key info about properties
- Keeps things organized and pays attention to the little things
- Dependable and always on time
- Must have an active Michigan real estate license
- Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus
