DaVita has an open position for an Associate Regional Operations Manager (AROM). The AROM is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within multiple SNF Dialysis sites. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The AROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations within multiple SNF Dialysis sites and provide leadership to drive operational results. Foster high-quality patient care and positive teammate relations. Lead the implementation of programs and initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications Associate’s degree Minimum of 3 years’ management experience leading and directly managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with managing Budget/PnL, hands-on staffing, teammate performance/hiring/firing, operations, and stakeholder relationships Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally Local travel as needed Additional information This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
