Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
The registered nurse performs specialized patient care within the ICU setting, ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with clinical standards. The role involves managing critically ill patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs for ICU patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and team members.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure in GA or a Compact state at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work 3x12 Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Successfully complete onboarding, including core items and labs within 48 hours of signing.
• Comply with travel and compliance requirements including submission rules and RTO policies.
